Job Posting and Advertising Terms

Advertisers and job posting companies on the HVAC Jobs Report website (hereinafter HJR) must agree with the following statements:

  • HJR reserves the rights to reject any advertiser or HVAC job posting that we feel is unacceptable for any reason. If HJR rejects any advertiser, advertising fee paid will be refunded.
  • HJR DOES NOT accept any ads for pornography, gambling, tobacco or firearms.
  • No advertising or HVAC job posting will be placed on the HVAC Jobs Report website without monthly or annual advertising fee that is paid in advance.
  • HJR is not responsible for any unforeseen technical difficulties that may cause an interruption of the HVAC Jobs Report service website.
  • In the event there is a interruption of service of the HVAC Jobs Report website, HJR will refund the pro-rated advertising or HVAC job posting fee based on the time in which the HVAC Jobs Report website was not available to the online community.
  • HJR's liability in all events is limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price of advertising or HVAC job posting services.
  • All advertising and job posting rates are for the 2010 calendar year.
  • HJR shall not be liable for any damages for failure to fulfill a job posting or advertising for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to war, riot, insurrection, civil commotion, fire, flood, accident, storm, act of God, or any other circumstances.
  • HJR's liability in all events is limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price of advertising or HVAC job posting services.
  • Advertiser or job posting company shall indemnify HJR and hold HJR harmless from any and all loss, cost, expense and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against HJR on grounds alleging that any advertisement submitted hereunder by or on behalf of Advertiser violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person. The Advertiser shall reimburse HJR for any amount paid by HJR in settlement of claims or in satisfaction of judgments obtained by reason of publication of such advertising copy, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
  • All paid advertising (not job postings) will receive include a rel="nofollow" tag. This policy conforms to Google's paid advertising policies. Please follow this link for a detailed explanation of Google's no-follow rules.
